1. Analog IC design engineer (power supply)


1. Related majors such as integrated circuits, microelectronics, electronics, etc.;


2. Bachelor's degree or above relevant work experience or graduate work experience;


3. Experience in power supply design, DC-DC, motor drive, audio amplifier, etc.


4, solid theoretical knowledge of analog circuits, have a certain understanding of digital circuit theory;


5. Familiar with device model, device parameters, familiar with BIPOLAR/CMOS/BICMOS/BCD basic device structure, and have a deep understanding of power drive;


6. Understand IC circuit and layout design process and manufacturing process;


7. Proficiency in the use of integrated circuit design related EDA tools;


8. Work attitude is rigorous, with good communication skills, expressive ability and teamwork ability;


 


Job Responsibilities:


1. Engaged in the design and verification of analog IC products or IP modules;


2. According to the product summary, detailed product specification design; according to the new product development progress task assignment, write corresponding


       Technical documentation;


3. Through the verification platform and the test and verification department to carry out the function and performance test of related IC products, and raise questions and suggestions for improvement.


4. Responsible for product problem analysis and performance improvement work; responsible for product reduction and revision;


5. Complete the temporary work assigned by the supervisor.
